商务英语邮件如何表达歉意

商务英语邮件往来中,当己方有错误时,应该在邮件结尾再说一声抱歉。

例如:We are sorry that we failed to send to you the bug report earlier and hope that it did not cause you too much inconvenience.

(非常抱歉错误报告无法更早送抵,希望没有给您造成太大的困扰。)

还有很多种表达歉意的方式:

  1. It appears that I have overlooked a few critical routines in the date mining module .I an sorry for the inconvenience caused.

(我在检查资料挖掘模组上好像漏看了,非常抱歉造成您的不便)

  1. We would like to apologize for the mix-up. We are sorry we could not take care of this problem in a more timely way.

(很抱歉这个问题所造成的混乱,同时对于我方处置缓慢也深感歉意)

  1. I am sorry that I did not report to you sooner.

(很抱歉,报告延误)

  1. Please accept our sincere apologies for the problem. It was due to our shipping error.

(这次的问题,原因出自于我方出货错误,非常抱歉)

  1. I am sorry that I sent you the wrong information.

(传送了错误的资讯,非常抱歉

  1. Please accept my apologies for having used phrases that may have caused any misunderstanding.

(非常抱歉。我们使用了可能会引起误解的变现语句)

  1. Please forgive our mistakes.

(请原谅我方的错误)
